Ella is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist specialising in paediatric practice. She has experience working across public, private, and rural settings, supporting children with a wide range of communication needs. Ella enjoys delivering both group therapy and individualised therapy programs, tailoring her approach to suit each child and family.
Ella is passionate about making therapy sessions engaging and enjoyable, creating an environment where children feel motivated and excited to participate. She places a strong emphasis on providing practical, achievable strategies that families can confidently use in everyday life to support their child’s communication development.
Outside of work, Ella enjoys being active outdoors and can often be found running, surfing, or exploring local markets
