Leanne
Speech Pathologist
Leanne is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist who graduated with a Master of Speech Pathology from the University of Sydney. She also holds a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Psychology. Leanne has around six years of clinical experience working with children and families.
Leanne enjoys working with children of all ages and is experienced in supporting those with speech and language delays, literacy difficulties, and neurodivergent profiles. She is trained in Natural Language Acquisition (NLA), Hanen More than Words, and the Sounds-Write literacy program.
Leanne is passionate about making speech therapy fun, engaging, and meaningful for each child. Leanne takes a child-led and strengths-based approach, creating a supportive environment where children feel safe, valued, and empowered to express themselves. She also places a strong emphasis on collaboration with families and works to ensure that therapy goals are functional, as well as integrated into family’s everyday routines.
When not at work, Leanne enjoys spending time exploring cafes around Sydney, building LEGOs, as well as going on road trips!
