Sonia
Occupational Therapist
Sonia is an Occupational Therapist who has been working in paediatrics since 2014. She has worked in a variety of settings including home, clinic, daycare/preschool and school. Sonia has experience in working with children with a range of disabilities and developmental delays. She is a keen advocate for early intervention believing that all children should have access to early support.
Sonia is dedicated to building strong connections with her families and strives to support them to achieve their goals. She is passionate about making sessions fun, engaging and meaningful to the child.
Sonia is trained in Learn to Play, SPARK, DIR Floortime (101), SOS Approach to Feeding, Exploring Auditory Defensiveness (Therapeutic Listening), SPARK Communication, and Astronaut Training. She continually upskills her knowledge to achieve the best outcomes for her families.
When not working, Sonia enjoys spending time with her three young children, family and friends.
